Warranty

At Lobtree Outdoor Gear, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If your product experiences issues due to defects in material or workmanship over its lifetime, we will repair, replace or refund it, at our discretion.

Have a good outdoor adventure story that left your gear maimed? We are reasonable people and want to hear about it, however generally our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

NOTE: For products made from Polartec® Alpha™ Direct. Alpha® Direct is an advanced, lightweight active insulation material that should be treated with care. We encourage users to familiarize themselves with the fabrics unique characteristics, use case, and care instructions in order to maximize the products longevity and performance.
