Return Policy

At Lobtree Outdoor Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us at help@lobtree.ca, to initiate the return or exchange process.

Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping arrangements, including cost and we are not responsible for lost items. The product must be in its original new/unused condition including all original tags and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will be in touch on next steps.
